Castiron’s seller site is offline. Here’s where to move your shop
If your bio still points to a Castiron shop, your customers are hitting a dead link: Castiron’s seller site went offline in 2026. Confita gives you a new shop link with checkout, custom requests and deposits, paid into your own Stripe or Square account.
- Old Castiron links no longer reach a shop. Replace them in your bio, QR codes, flyers, and saved replies.
- Confita is US$49/year or US$9.99/month, after a 7-day free trial.
- Customers order in the browser without installing an app.
- Your storefront, questions, quotes, and deposits live in one link.
What we found
We checked every Castiron address we know on October 10, 2026. The seller site at shopcastiron.com does not resolve, and the public registry record lists the domain as “client hold”, the status a registrar uses to take a domain offline. castiron.me redirects to an online casino page. nourysh.com, the brand T.D. Jakes Enterprises announced when it acquired Castiron in November 2024, shows a parked placeholder.
In August 2026 the seller site still showed product and pricing pages, so the change is recent. Whatever the company’s status, the practical problem is the same: a customer tapping your old link cannot order. Build a shop link you control and replace the old one everywhere it appears.
- Find the old link in your Instagram bio, Linktree, and customer messages.
- Check QR codes, flyers, pinned posts, and saved replies.
- Ask one trusted customer to open the link on their phone.
What to rebuild, and where it lives in Confita
Rebuild the customer path first, then the reporting around it.
Castiron pricing as published on its seller site when we last read it on August 20, 2026; that site was offline by October 10, 2026. Export or note your old order history if you still can. Confita Sales does not include traffic, profit, inventory, tax, or recipe costing.
A new shop link your customers can trust
Confita gives you a single link with your products, questions, quotes, and payment options. Connect an existing Square seller account or eligible Stripe account for card checkout, and keep transfer or cash available. Customers install nothing.
Before you share it, shape the storefront with themes, colors, covers, fonts, banners, entrance animations, and live preview. The new link should feel like your bakery, not a temporary patch.

Rebuild the important parts first
You do not need to redesign everything before you can accept requests. Start with the products and questions that matter most, then improve the presentation as you go.
- Add your main products with photos and prices.
- Ask for date, servings, flavors, allergies, and reference images.
- Connect your existing Square or eligible Stripe account, then add any bank-transfer or cash instructions.
- Add quote and deposit instructions for custom work.
- Update your bio, QR codes, flyers, and saved replies with the new link.
Deposits without a marketplace-sized cut
For custom work, send a private quote link with the price and deposit. Card checkout opens on Stripe or Square. Manual methods can carry instructions and receipt upload. The customer can return to see what is paid and what remains.
The card payment is recorded in your connected Stripe or Square account, and the provider handles the payout under your settings. Confita never holds the funds and takes no cut of the sale on your own Stripe or Square (Confita Payments: 3.9% + 30¢ all-in).

A simple recovery checklist
Once your new shop is ready, send the link to a few regular customers first. Then replace the old URL everywhere customers might find it.
| Step | Action |
|---|---|
| Step 1 | Build your main products and storefront. |
| Step 2 | Test the link from a phone and a computer. |
| Step 3 | Send it to a few trusted customers. |
| Step 4 | Replace the old link in your bio, QR codes, flyers, and saved messages. |

Questions, answered
Frequently asked questions
Is Castiron still in business?
We found no official shutdown announcement, but as of October 10, 2026 its seller site is offline: shopcastiron.com does not resolve and its registry record shows a client hold. Castiron was acquired by T.D. Jakes Enterprises in November 2024 to launch Nourysh, and nourysh.com is now a parked page. If your shop link ran through Castiron, treat it as broken.
Why does my Castiron link not work?
The domain behind Castiron shop links, shopcastiron.com, is on hold at the registry, so browsers cannot find it. castiron.me now redirects to an unrelated casino site, so remove that link too. Replace both wherever customers might find them.
What did Castiron charge?
When we last read its pricing page on August 20, 2026, Castiron listed a 10% transaction fee on its free plan, and paid plans at US$18/month billed annually or US$24/month monthly plus a 3% transaction fee.
Does Confita take a transaction commission?
Not a marketplace-style one. Confita is US$49/year or US$9.99/month flat. Confita adds no fee to payments on your own Stripe or Square (Confita Payments: 3.9% + 30¢ all-in): you connect your own Stripe or Square account and settle directly with your customer. Stripe or Square processing fees still apply when you accept card payments.
Can customers order without an app?
Yes. Customers open your shop in the browser from a phone, tablet, or computer. They do not need to install an app or create a Confita account to send a request.
How quickly can I rebuild my shop?
If you already have photos and prices, start with your five to fifteen most important products. Add the new link to your bio and saved replies after testing it with a few regular customers.
